Our Client
Our client is a global and internationally acclaimed Management Consulting firm that is working on a large number of private and public-sector projects in the Middle East and Africa. This firm has an excellent client base and has solid experience in working on large scale projects in the GCC.

Role
We are looking to place a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our client’s strategic marketing programs across the region and support their business objectives to build a consistent and coherent brand.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns as part of the regional marketing strategy.
  • Campaign and event management
    • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and events with a focus on practice marketing, regional + global initiatives, and alumni programs.
    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors, regional and global teams, to develop and execute campaign materials, digital marketing assets, and client events.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Assist Senior Marketing Specialist to manage the ME&A website including coordination with practice teams and the global digital team.
    • Support creation of social media campaigns and posts for ME&A audiences across the firm’s key regional social media channels and collaborate with the global social team on content for global channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
  • PR
    • Coordinate with Dubai-based Communications agency on opportunities and follow-up.
  • Content production
    • Coordinate the development and production of local content and support the localization of global content.
    • Support all design requirements to create marketing materials.
    • Produce and submit content briefs, proofread and edit a variety of marketing content such as social media, website copy, and reports to ensure accuracy before publishing.
    • Work with the regional and global designers on digital creative brand assets including submission of new briefs on Workfront.

Profile & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 2-4 years’ marketing experience preferably in a professional services environment, other corporate institutions, or with an agency working with professional services clients.
  • Exposure across online + offline marketing activities (content production, digital, PR, events).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines-sensitive projects.
  • Experience working and collaborating with colleagues from other cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Social media software skills.
