Role

We are looking to place an HR Project Manager to be a part of the Global HR Team and will be an integral part of the organization’s growth plan in the Middle East.  The HR Project Manager will be part of a three-phase process, to set up several new organizational teams based in various countries.

Profile & Background

• Must hold a Degree in Human Resources Management, CIPD Qualification (or equivalent)
• Must have strong all-round HR Knowledge in a start-up or set-up environment
• Having worked for a global organization with a complex structure is essential
• HR Project Management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management is essential
• Previous experience in the UAE with a regional scope across the wider Middle East region
