Our client is an investment company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They operate through various subsidiaries and have ventured in properties, facilities management, and holiday home rentals.

Role
We are looking to place a Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand the client’s market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the development of and execution of business development strategies to capitalize on market opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve the client’s ambitious growth objectives.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the long-term rentals and property management sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, management contracts, and strategic partnerships, to grow our portfolio and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead the negotiation and structuring of property management agreements, lease agreements, and other contractual arrangements to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices in property management and long-term rentals to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals and partnerships, tracking progress and performance against targets.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Profile & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  •  3+ years proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate, with specific experience in property management and long-term rentals.
  • Extensive knowledge of property management principles, rental operations, and industry trends in the long-term rentals sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the real estate community, including property owners, developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing tea
