Our Client
Our client is an investment company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They operate through various subsidiaries and have ventured in properties, facilities management, and holiday home rentals.

Role
We are looking to place a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the current digital marketing tools and strategies and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms in social media. (Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences and utilize insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels for social media posts, blog articles, emails, and ad copy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website ranking.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance to management, highlighting key insights and areas for optimization.

Profile & Background

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the real estate, and or holiday homes industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and HubSpot and creating advertising on social media platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and interpret social media data.
  • Skilled in photography, video shooting, and editing.
