Role
We are looking to place a Demand and Supply Planner. The ideal candidate will analyze demand, manage NPD projects, lead master data management, measure KPIs, optimize inventory, and drive system improvements to ensure efficient supply chain operations and support business growth.

Tasks

  • Analyzing monthly demand by comparing orders, forecasts, and in-market stock/sales with allocated capacity. Proactively identifying variations and proposing short-term or long-term solutions.
  • Collecting customer forecasts and comparing them with sales trends, pending orders, and in-transit shipments. Making forecast adjustments and sharing the updated forecast with factories to ensure capacity booking and understand limitations.
  • Managing and prioritizing order production in factories based on allocated capacity, while consulting with all stakeholders.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for NPD (New Product Development) processes in the EMEA region. Coordinating between EMEA Marketing/Sales, Factory SCM/P&T teams, and group regulatory teams.
  • Receiving NPD briefs from Marketing, consolidating sales volume projections, and conducting preliminary operational and capacity evaluations with SCM factory teams.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to determine the feasibility of NPD projects based on the briefs received.
  • Creating and sharing project plans for approved NPD projects, monitoring progress, and providing regular status updates to all relevant parties.
  • Taking responsibility for continuous NPD process improvements, aiming for higher efficiency and improved portfolio management.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels of finished goods at factories and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon inventory norms.
  • Coordinating with factory teams, EMEA Sales & Marketing, and 3PL teams to optimize inventory management and resource utilization.
  • Maintaining SCM-related master data (Material master, Customer master, Vendor master) in SAP – ECC / APO. Recording and tracking material additions, deletions, and replacements in the system.
  • Leading system improvement projects such as SAP- (APO) implementation/roll-out to key customers and collaborating with the Regional IT team to identify and resolve operational issues in SCM functionalities of SAP.
  • Leading & delivering projects related to new system implementation & improvement.
  • Responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams to bring in efficiencies in the current processes.

Profile & Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management studies or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a FMCG environment (especially in Demand / Project planning).
  • Strong English and or Russian and communication skills are a must.
  • Experience in SAP and advanced Excel are a must.
  • MS office, MS Power BI, MS projects and other Key computer applications.
